F.A.Q

Is it for me?

The answer is YES if....

  • you have become aware of something which is preventing you from living the life you would like to live, that is stopping you from fulfilling your potential or achieving your goals and which you wish to address.

  • you are prepared to commit to be open and honest with yourself and actively do whatever is required both in session AND out of session in order to allow the natural healing you seek to take place.

  • you understand that gifting yourself the best opportunity for change to happen and for it to be integrated so you can move forward in a new way requires time; such change rarely happens overnight.

  • you are committed to try to continue with the process even though it may become uncomfortable at times.

  • you understand that I can and will walk alongside you, support and hold you in a safe space as I guide you through a process but that at all times, your healing is your responsibility.

The answer is NO if....

  • you are hoping someone else can "fix" an unhelpful life situation for you and that no effort is required on your part.

  • you want that which you are seeking help with to be resolved quickly and easily.

  • you are not yet ready to experience the discomfort that may arise when we being to be open and honest with ourselves about how we arrived at the point in our life where our unhapiness causes us to seek change for the better.

What happens during a session?

We begin by sitting and talking about the issue you wish to address and what you feel will make a difference for you.

We then move to "Body Tracking"  or muscle testing to explore and identify the root cause of your discomfort. We may discuss the major stressors in your life, your belief systems, health history, your childhood and other issues that have an influence on your emotional, psychological, physical and spitirual well-being.

Continuing with "Body Tracking", we identify what technique/s will restore the balance needed to allow you own natural healing to take place.  The techniques I work with are from modern Chiropractic and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

During an Online session I work with a pendulum to track into your issue and find the optimum technique for you.

How often should I come?

Most often, the root cause of the unhepful life situations we encounter in our lives hold a history spanning many years, often to early childhood.

Although not unheard of, it is unlikely that a single session will restore the balance needed to allow natural healing to take place.  No two individuals or client sessions are the same, however, experience has shown me that typically people will choose to continue for at least three sessions in order for the work we do together to be fully integrated.

After their initial consultations, some people come for regular sessions, others periodically as they become aware of other issues which naturally arise as they begin to move forwards in a new way.

Donation

An initial consultation is up to 2 hrs duration and follow up sessions of 1 hour duration. In exhange for the help I offer, I ask for a minimum donation of £65 for an initial consultation and a minimum donation of £50 for follow up consultations.

I am open to helping those under financial stress by accepting a lower donation and am happy to also consider barter.
