Joining Instructions
Please do try to arrive at the stated time for the workshop and no earlier as I will be in the process of setting up the room for you.
During the first 10 minutes you will have time to find your seat, settle down and perhaps meet some of the other attendees.
Water and cordial will be provided for your refreshment.
There will be handouts describing fully how to use the techniques practised, so there is no need to bring any writing materials, but please do so if you find it helpful.
The techniques we practice can be undertaken either sitting or standing. Looser, comfortable clothing can make for easier movement.

The Mayfair Centre can be found on Easthope Road. There is a public car park directly over the road by the Co-op Supermarket. Walk down the access road to the right of the Health and Wellbeing Centre and you will find the entrance to the Mayfair centre on your right.
Workshops are held in the Jubilee Room. When you arrive at the centre, please make your way down the corridor in front of you and the Jubilee Room can be found on the right hand side at the end. There will be signs to help you.
S.E.N.S.E Tenbury Wells can be found on Teme Street on the left hand side just after you cross the Teme bridge heading into the Town. Car parks can be found a little further up the road on your left. !!Please Note - you will be fined for parking over 1.5 hours in Tesco's car park!!
Workshops are held in an upstairs room. There will be signs to help you.
Friends Meeting House, Ludlow is in an area which is mostly residential and parking is available but limited. Metered parking can be found 3 minutes away in Coronation Avenue on the town side of the Applegreen Petrol Station. Alternatively there is the main Ludlow Car Park off Station Road, 10 minutes or less walk away.
Workshops are held in the main room on your right as you enter into the building. There will be signs to help you.
